Its nerves, the youth looks jaded in all respects of morality with very much lacking in that sense of integrity, nationhood and the pride that makes the Young India invincible in all fields. We are at the cultural cross roads with solely failing to communicate our age-old values to the coming generations. On the social front, the very human feeling is totally sublimed in the current generation and one will be forced to look into stars, for the arrival of another "mother" to savour the poor & the lesser sons of God. on the political front, nepotism, red-tapism, scams, impromptus ethical behaviour are on the centre stage. Moral values are degraded to the lowest level. On the spiritual front, all its philosophy & flavour totally dried up. The bewildering nexus between the underground and murky politicians is throwing the country into ever deepening crisis.

Amidst this scenario, to sustain the cultural hegemony of this great land, a group of ethically charged young lads felt the need to have a common working platform, through which they can realize their vision towards this society..

As a first leap towards this great march, the idea to have an association was first floated by Mr. R. RAVI KUMAR, which turned into a reality in the fruitful companion ship of Mr. Lokesh as the trusted aide.

As the strength of an organisation depends on the depth of its organizational structure, it has enforced certain norms and a structured framework within which it should function and thus took its final shape on 26th, sep.1996 and was formally named "COPS INDIA". During the days of its inception, the group absorbed the academic interests of its members and latter expanded its horizons in other spheres of activities too. Another land mark was achieved by adopting its agenda and appointing a suitable hierarchy towards its cosmopolitan functioning. Since then, the chantic utterances of technological mantras and the jingling bells of knowledge continued to reverberate in the life filled evenings of this association. On the eve of golden jubilee Independence Day Celebrations, this association was renamed as "SRUJANAVANI - The Organisation with a Human Face".

Subsequently, while on the journey, as the members are developing themselves into good personality and as the organisation is growing, we sensed that we got the opportunity and possessed the necessary resources to address the sufferings and deprivation of its brethren. As a first attempt towards that, group identified illiteracy, ignorance, social disorder, and economic backwardness as the route causes of all the sufferings and hence with a view to impart special focus on these basic areas, organisation sought to channelise the futuristic activities of its members into three wings namely: Service Wing , Education Wing and Enterprise Wing

In each area of elected activity, members basis their actual capabilities and vision on life, would opt for respective areas and expend their resources in achieving the stated objectives, thereby distributing the fruits of their service across the deprived class.

Accordingly, all the group members will be performing their roles as the family members of a country in which, some will perform the role of a father earning money (Enterprise wing), while some members will perform the role of a mother of co-ordinating the family and serving them(service wing) and the remaining are children (achievers). Finally we believe that

"Srujanavani is a concept that took off as a small disturbance in still water, transcended into ripples and may one day become a large ocean. It takes this opportunity to invite every determined Indian to build that UTOPIAN INDIA".
